Take Charge of your Health: Aileen Vidal, M.D.

Dr. Vidal will discuss the many practical facets of disease prevention for older people, including health screenings for hypertension, cancer and diabetes; and the role of vaccines to prevent flu, pneumonia and other illnesses. Mrs. Ibanez will talk about ways that caregivers can head off stress, cope with challenges and maintain a positive mindset.
